The participants learn from and support each other during the process. We provide a menu of service packages that can be flexibly combined in innovative ways to deliver the value you need.
Accountability Package
Build your team’s quality improvement capacity. This package will improve data quality, collection, and analysis; identify root causes of recurring problems; build an improvement strategy; and test change ideas. We will identify key measures to sustain the improvements and create a sustainability dashboard to monitor the improved process. This package provides key inputs to all QIP sections: Narrative, Workplan, and Progress Report.
